Fees & Terms

Full payment must be made before use of room begins.
Refunds are not given for late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) or no shows.
Cancellations of over 24 hours will be given a future appointment at no additional charge.
The room is rented for 55 minutes. The additional time is necessary for sanitation and restocking. Leaving the room early will not cause a refund to be issued.
If fees are increased in the future, gift certificates and rain checks will be honored for the full 55 minute session.
