Scheduling, Changes & Cancellations

Full payment must be made before use of room, class , group or consultation begins.
Refunds & Rain Checks are not given for late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) or no shows. Cancelling with less than 24 hour notice and / or abandoning the appointment will not be refunded.
Cancellations of over 24 hours notice will be given a future appointment at no additional charge.
If fees are increased in the future, gift certificates and rain checks will be honored for the full 55 or 25 minute session, group or class at no additional charge.
